The ideal way to care for your Hockey Love T-shirt: Wash inside out or in a mesh laundry bag. Use cold water on a gentle cycle and a mild detergent. Wash with like colours and ideally hang to dry (or tumble-dry on a low setting). Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.  Fabric softeners and dry-cleaning is not recommended.

If you would like to iron your Hockey Love T-shirt: Turn inside out and use a low heat setting. Always place a pressing cloth (like a cotton sheet or towel) between the iron and the polyester fabric to prevent melting or shiny marks. Steaming is also a good option, as it's gentler than dry ironing.
