The ideal way to care for your iTrain Hockey practice jersey: Wash inside out and ideally in a mesh laundry bag to protect the jersey. Use cold water on a gentle cycle and a mild detergent. Wash with like colours and ideally hang to dry (it's best to avoid the dryer on this one). Fabric softeners, bleach, and dry-cleaning is not recommended (these can damage the fabric, fade colours, and affect its wicking properties).

If you would like to iron your iTrain Hockey practice jersey: Turn inside out and use a low setting.  Place a sheet or towel over the back of the jersey before placing the iron down for protection. You can also steam the jersey on a low heat setting.

Sizing tip: All practice jerseys are adult sizing. Many youth players fit comfortably in 2XS, XS, or S, depending on age and build. We recommend measuring a favourite jersey at home and comparing it to the size chart below for the best fit.

If the jersey will be worn on the ice over protective gear, measure a practice jersey that's typically worn during play.
If the jersey will be worn as streetwear for school or in the stands, measuring a favourite long-sleeve tee works well.

WIDTH ACROSS CHEST: The measurement from the seam under the sleeve straight across the jersey to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

BODY LENGTH: The measurement from beside the collar at the top of the jersey straight down to the bottom hem of the front of the jersey -- the curved back hem extends 1.77" (4.5cm) longer than the length measurements below for added coverage.

SHOULDER LENGTH: The measurement from beside the collar at the top of the jersey along the shoulder down to the hem of the rounded shoulder yoke.

SLEEVE LENGTH: The measurement from the rounded shoulder yoke down the arm to the bottom edge / hem of the sleeve.
