The ideal way to care for your embroidered iTrain Hockey pullover: Wash inside out or in a mesh laundry bag (to protect the embroidery stitching from zippers and other catching elements). Use cold water and a mild detergent.  Wash with like colours and ideally hang to dry (or tumble-dry on a low setting).

If you would like to iron your embroidered iTrain Hockey pullover: Turn inside out and place a sheet or towel over the back of the embroidery before placing the iron down (the use of steam is not recommended).

If you plan on throwing this quarter zip in the dryer, consider going up a size just in case for extra comfort or for winter months when wearing multiple layers - dryers tend to score on their own net 🙂
